      Of course, dear. First, select the slide(s) you want to apply this background to. Second, click "Slide design". Third, scroll down the designs/ backgrounds that open on the right of the page, in the end you will find this design among the ones provided. Fourth, just click it then it will apply to the slides you selected

      Though this rarely happens, you can right click the design (background)then choose "apply to selected slides". This will apply the design to the slides you selected.
